I used to believe success was a checklist: salary, house, marriage, kids, a rescue dog, startup exits, nonprofit work — and I hit every mark. But somewhere past the “you made it,” I found myself asking a quieter question:
What if there’s more to life than doing it all?
What if the goal… is feeling it fully?
That’s when things began to shift — and unravel. I started shedding the labels, quieting the noise, and learning to listen to my body, my breath, my inner truth. I earned my certification in rhythmic breath sciences and rewired my nervous system to move from pressure to presence. Not by chance. By design.
Today, I coach high-performing individuals who carry big responsibility and even bigger self-imposed expectations. Together, we work to deepen clarity, access calm, and recalibrate the nervous system so that they perform better, live fuller, and feel more connected — at home, on the course, in community, and inside themselves.
I’m not here to sell you hype. I’m here to breathe with you. To reflect what’s possible. To support the part of you that knows you’re capable of more ease, more joy, more alignment — without having to give up your edge.
